[edit] Building Information

A governor in your colony guarantees that all the daily administrative tasks are done properly and lowers the level of corruption in your colony.

The 'governor´s residence can also be upgraded to a Palace if you ever want to move your capital.

It costs as much as the Palace and this building does not require Bureaucracy - you can build it on a empty space (red flag on it) in your colonies - but it does require Expansion as it is needed to be built in your colonies that do not have a palace in them in order to control corruption.

Please Note:

  • There are some researches which reduce the resources required for the construction of buildings.
Pulley reduces the required amount of resources by 2% (2% total)
Geometry reduces the required amount of resources by 4% (6% total)
Spirit Level reduces the required amount of resources by 8% (14% total)

Architect's Office reduces the  Marble requirements by up to 32%
Carpenter reduces the  Wood requirements by up to 32%
Firework Test Area reduces the  Sulphur requirements by up to 32%
Optician reduces the  Crystal Glass requirements by up to 32%
Wine Press reduces the  Wine requirements by up to 32%

Alchemist's Tower increases the production of  Sulphur by 2% for every level built.
Forester's House increases the production of  Wood by 2% for every level built.
Glassblower increases the production of  Crystal Glass by 2% for every level built.
Stonemason increases the production of  Marble by 2% for every level built.
Winery increases the production of  Wine by 2% for every level built.

Notes:
  1. 1.0 1.1 The total number of towns is determined by the Palace level +1
  2. 2.0 2.1 To keep corruption at 0, the Governor's Residence level in each colony should be equal to the number of colonies you have. Example: You have a Capital and 3 colonies, the Governor's Residence should be at level 3 to keep corruption at 0.
  3. A Soft cap is a maximum level that is shown in the in-game Help (Ikipedia) section of Gameforge's games. However, structures can be built to higher levels than what is shown until you reach the Hard cap.
  4. Only with Max Reduction is this level possible, as it would take 9 level 40 warehouses. Level 40 is the max level for the warehouse, and there are only 9 spots in the town to build warehouses because out of the 11 total, one would be for the Carpenter's workshop and one for either the Palace or Governor's Residence.
  5. 5.0 5.1 A Hard cap is the highest building level possible to upgrade to. No further upgrades are possible either because the upgrade button is missing, or the next level would exceed the max possible storage of the town's warehouses.
  6. Even with Max Reduction, this level is not possible, as it would talk more than 9 level 40 warehouses. Level 40 is the max level for the warehouse, and there are only 9 spots in the town to build warehouses, not counting the one for the Carpenter's workshop and the one for either the Palace or Governor's Residence.
