As you probably know, Ikariam was recently updated to Patch 0.3.2. This patch brought a lot of changes. Do you want to help make this wiki better by doing your part? You don't have to know everything about editing, you don't even have to be registered. All you need is to have some information we don't have. So, maybe you can help by filling the pages that miss information or need updating. Please look at some pages which are missing information or need updating:

What's new on WikIkariam [edit]

Ifaigios has started the Greek language version of our wiki (el.Ikariam). Congrats Ifaigios.
- Currently we are now linked to the following Ikariam wiki's in the following languages:

You can link to them by using the language tag format (at the bottom of most all pages) [[language-tag:PAGENAME]] or as and example: [[es:]] will link to the main page of the Spanish language wiki since only English language wiki's have the My Home page at the moment, but [[es:pagename]] will link to pagename on the Spanish language wiki.
- Or you can use the {{Alt-Lang|language-tag|pagename}} (if pagename is blank it will link to the main page of the wiki) - the template will automatically add the interwiki language-tags to the page.
- Note: Do NOT use the interwiki linking codes and {{Alt-Lang}} at the same time on the same page - this will cause the language box to have DUPLICATE language entries (both will work if you used the right coding for your entries), if a page has the interwiki links already on them, add the {{Alt-Lang}} template using the language-tag from the interwiki links and then remove the interwiki links.

Automated trade routes
First trade route is free, every additionnal route costs 10 Ambrosia / week
- Works only between cities of your account
- You can set up a transport of ressources, executed every day at the same time - for a week.
- The route can only transport one type of ressources
- When you do transports between your own cities, you get the option to set this up as a trade route.
List of people having available Cultural Treaty Agreement
Each time you order the list, 3 Ambrosia
- Available in the museum
- Different criterias (players located next to you, far away from you etc)
- You get a list of maximum X players (X = number of free slots you have available * 5), online in the past 5 days and not in vacation mode
- You can make offers to Y players (Y = number of free slots you have available * 3)
Move cities
Each time you move a city, 200 Ambrosia
- You can move a city to wherever you want as often as you want (no cooldown). Only condition is, that there is no event on the city (army, navy or transport, neither your movement nor from anyone els
Price Change
- The prices of Wine Bonus (5 Ambrosia / week) and Ressource trader (3 Ambrosia / trade) have been switched. Wine Bonus now costs 3 / week, the Trader 5 / trade.

Gameforge has launched a new site MMOGame to be a central location to launch any and all of your Gameforge games, as well as being able to communicate with your friends (even if they are logged into a game you have not signed up to play).
- This site was initially launched in the German language, but has recently been translated into the English, Italian, and Spanish languages.

- Some great places to start helping with the WikIkariam are to update "Stubs" and pages marked "Missing Information". You can also help out by writing "Wanted Articles". Don't be shy, get in there, and we can fix anything that goes wrong.

The Beginner's Guide is one of the best starting points available today for anyone wanting to jump right into Ikariam.
Covering the major game concepts, such as resources, buildings, and research, the Guide then goes on to walk a new player through all the first few steps to get them started off right.
