Max Reduction (MR) is the highest amount of resource cost reduction a player can get.

• Formula: Cost * (100% - 2% - 4% - 8% - 32%) = Cost * (100% - 46%) = Cost * 54%

Max Reduction is the combination of Spirit Level and a Level 32 reduction building:

•   - Carpenter
•   - Architect's Office
•   - Wine Cellars
•   - Optician
•   - Firework Test Area
