As of November 10, 2009, Ikariam is available for over 43 Languages in over 46 specific countries and the United Arab Emirates (group of 7 countries) gets 1 server for them.

For the most part each country gets 1 main server, that operates several game servers, with the exceptions of China who gets 3 ^[1] and the Balkans who get 4 ^[2].

All servers do not always run the same version of Ikariam at the same time, in particular, when a new patch is released. ^[3]  The most current version is Patch 0.3.2.

1. ↑ CN for mainland China, TW for Taiwan and HK for the Hong Kong section of China.
2. ↑ GR for Greece, BG for Bulgaria, RS for Serbia, and BALKAN to cover the other 6 countries that are in that grouping.
3. ↑ Gameforge applies the new patch on the Test servers and then takes from 3 days to 4 weeks (1 month) to apply the patch to the remaining servers, providing there are no problems applying the patch on any server.
