1. What do you phyiscally do in the game to enter a trade treaty with another player?

2. What happens in the game when another player declines your trade treaty? (i.e. How do you know the answer)

3. What happens in the game when another player accepts your trade treaty? (i.e. How do you know the answer)

4. Where does that trade treay appear?

5. How does the trade treaty work?

[edit] How do you physically make trades?

I find the "I am looking for" vs. "I offer" vs. "Own offers" very confusing. Could this entry be expanded by someone who understands it to explain how these different functions work? Screen shots are helpful!
