Diving Boat Upgrades[]
I currently have a level 23 academy and I was able to upgrade the diving boats to the first 2 levels. Level 3 defense is not accessable even though I have enough crystal. I am holding off on the upgrade of the academy to see if the Level 3 of offense is accessable or needs a higher level as well. -- The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.95.165.42 (talk • contribs)

- I don't understand you mean. You need a Workshop to make unit or ship upgrades, not an Academy. Ifaigios 15:54, November 20, 2009 (UTC)

- I didn't say we don't want you info, but that it is not to be put to the main article, since it isn't the information we want. We can discuss it here in the talk page and figure out what are the minimum levels. Ifaigios 16:26, November 20, 2009 (UTC)
